She specializes in weight loss, decreasing body fat, healthy lifestyle changes, building muscular strength and endurance, empowerment within the weight-room, as well as nutritional support and consultations.

Colleen Cook is a certified YMCA Personal Trainer, Fitness Center Staff member and YMCA member.
