Pamela Sheridan is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and fitness/aerobics instructor.  She specializes in weight loss, decreasing body fat, healthy lifestyle changes, building muscular strength and endurance, empowerment within the weight-room, as well as nutritional support and consultations.

Bobbi Baleno has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry and has certifications in the following areas: step instruction, spinning instruction, and personal training.
