Welcome Center Service Member:

The Welcome Center Service Member must be a team player with an outgoing, friendly personality and strong basic computer skills.
Responsible for all aspects of front desk member services including: membership registration, program registration, inbound phone calls, responding to member questions and concerns.

Qualifications:

Data entry is a plus. Must be able to multi task and remain focused and friendly during high volume periods.  Must be able to communicate clearly with members, guests and staff and respond appropriately during an emergency.  Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work 3 or more shifts per week. 

Sample Shift Times:

Mon – Fri: 9am–2pm, 1pm-5pm, 5pm-9:30pm.

Saturday Shifts: 7:30am–1pm, 8:30am– pm, 1pm-7pm or 2pm-8pm

Sunday Shifts: 8am-1pm, 12pm-5pm
