Advanced Step (IA)
If you’ve mastered the step and are ready for some fun choreography that will make you forget you’re working out, this class is for you!
Body Sculpting (BIA)
60 minute weight workout that will tone your entire body.
Boot Camp (BIA)
Check out this intense military style workout that combines cardio conditioning with muscle strengthening exercises using weights jump ropes, step, anything we can find!
Cardio Boxing (BIA)
Participants will enjoy a total body work-out. This class uses high intensity, cardio - kickboxing moves as well as abs and low back work. A beginner can easily modify the moves to make it doable.
30 Abs and Back , 30 Muscle (BIA)
30 minutes of intense abdominal exercise mixed in with back strengthening to work the opposing muscle groups. 30 minutes of weight training. Members are welcome to take the entire hour, or pick one of the 30 minutes sessions.
Cycle/Weight/Abs and Swim (IA)
Want a class that combines FOUR, count ‘em-FOUR work-outs? Try this new fitness craze. Class will consist of 20 minutes of cycling, 20 minutes of indoor track work, and 20 minutes of strength training with abdominal work and THEN jump in the pool for 15 minutes.
Studio Cycle (IA)
Get on a bike and pedal! Instructor will vary the workout to keep you motivated and working to your max.
Pilates (BIA)
Pilates develops a strong "core" or center of the body. The core consists of the deep abdominal muscles, and the muscles closest to the spine.. Pilates builds strength without "bulking up", increases flexibility and agility, develops optimal core control, and creates flat abdominals, lean legs and a strong back.
Tai Chi (BIA) currenty not running this session
Tai Chi is designed to produce relaxation in the process of body conditioning exercise. Tai Chi employs slow, flowing, rhythmic movements, which can be interpreted into self-defense. Studies show that Tai Chi reduces blood pressure, stress, and arthritis.
W.O.W. (Women on Weights) (BIA)
This program is specifically designed for women. Learn how to strength train using free-weights the safe and effective way. Participants will improve their metabolism, maintain bone density, and feel better. Class is limited to 5 participants.
Flow Yoga (BIA)
Yoga integrates flexibility & strength with meditation for the ultimate experience in stress reduction. This class is for any level of fitness. New students welcome!
Power Yoga (BIA)
Intense Vinyasa Flow that promises to get you sweating and your heart pumping! Builds strength, flexibility, and endurance. Although you are sure to feel de-stressed after this class, this is definitely a work out.
ZUMBA (BIA)
Latin infused fitness. We incorporate dances such as the Rumba, Merenque, Salsa, and hip-hop into fun fitness moves. “Ditch the workout. Join the party. Let’s ZUMBA!”
Circuit Workout (BIA)
Stations are set up in the room and students rotate around doing various drills that may use weights, step, and power moves. Fun an NOT boring!
