We will be holding our 3rd Annual Lap-A-Thon on Thursday December 8th.

We are looking for 100% team participation and all swimmers are encouraged to attend.  There will be NO practices on this day!

Swimmers in these groups will attend at the following times:


Mini White, Mini Red, Jr. White, Jr. Red, All Seniors 



Jr. Black, Jr. Select, and ALL Seniors


We are asking that ALL seniors attend both sessions.  The first session we will ask for their help counting laps for the younger swimmers.  The 2nd session the Seniors will swim.

So far the suits, caps, backpacks and warm-ups are in!  We are still waiting on the t-shirts and hoodies.  Please see Coach Morgan or Coach Rosalie to get your gear!

Temporary practice change REVISED 11/7

Unfortunately our coaching staff has been plagued by illness and injury this season and we need to make another temporary adjustment to the practice schedule!  This change will affect the Sr. Whites and Sr. Blacks only!!  All other practice days/times will remain the same.  We really appreciate your understanding in this matter.  
In the 11 years our team has been established we have NEVER had to change practice times mid-season!  We appreciate your cooperation as we try our best to allow your swimmers to continue to practice while we deal with this illness and injury that is out of our control.
Beginning on Monday November 14th
Senior Whites 
Mondays 7-9pm w/Marisa  *2 hour practice
Thursdays 7:30-8:30p (this will be an open lap lane specifically for the Sr. Whites to use, but will be un-coached)
Saturdays 1:15-3:15p w/Marisa  *2 hour practice
Sr. Blacks
Mondays 5:30-7p w/Rosalie
NO practice on Thursdays

Please remember that all of these items are purchased online and all orders are non-refundable.  
The deadline to place an order is October 13th
We will not be able to place any additional orders after this deadline.
ALL swimmers MUST HAVE a team suit, cap and t-shirt.  If you have last year's suit, t-shirt, and cap, and they still fit and are in good condition, then you do not need to purchase a new one. Team suits and caps should be worn for meets only! 

Suit Fitting

Reminder the suit fitting will be held at the YMCA on Tuesday October 4th from 5:30-7:30pm in room 22 (across from the locker rooms).  All new swimmers should plan on attending at some point so that you can make sure to get the right size suit.  Our suits come with our logo on them so they cannot be returned and you cannot get a refund, so come eliminate the guesswork and try them on with us!
All swimmers NEED a team suit, team cap and team and t-shirt. 
If you are a returning swimmer you can still wear last year'ssuit, as long as it is still in good condition.  If you did not order asuitlast year, you need to order a new one this season, so come to thefitting! 
The vendor will also have other apparel (warm-up suits, hoodies, shorts, caps) to try on at the fitting.  ** Please remind your swimmer that team suits and caps are for meets ONLY and should NOT be worn to practice!
USA swimmers NEED at least 2 caps, a jacket or hoodie.  Full warm-up suits (jacket and pants) and bags are also suggested for USA swimmers.
There will be NO purchases made on Tuesday.  This is just a fitting to make sure you will be ordering the correct size.  All purchases will be made at a later date, online, through our vendor.  Instructions on ordering will be given to you at the fitting.
If you cannot come to the fitting you can always drive over to Varsity Swim Shop (our vendor).  They are located at 157 Main St. in North Reading.  Their hours are limited. We are very lucky that they come to us, so I would recommend attending on Oct. 4th.

Jump Start

The Aquatics Department will be offering a 2 WEEK "Jump Start" pre-season training session.  This program is open to all Senior swimmers; and Junior swimmers in the Select, Black and Red practice groups. The program runs September 12 through September 23.  

Please note that there will be NO Senior class on Tuesday 9/20 but will instead be made up on Friday 9/23 from 4-5:30pm.

This class will be taught by Coach Morgan.  Registration is open now at the Welcome Center.  Space is Limited!

Group Placements

Hi All,
A list of Practice Groups can be found on our website under the "News and Updates" link.  If you have not paid the deposit, but would like to return to the team, please contact the coaches at  We will do our best to place any late, returning swimmers in groups with available space.
Season fees must be paid before the first day of practice (September 26th).  Fees may be paid in full or in installments.  Bank Draft forms are located on our website under the "News and Updates" link.  All swimmers are required to submit a Bank Draft form with their season fees.  If you are paying in full, you will simply fill out the swimmer's name and address and write "PAID IN FULL" in the credit card space. EVERY swimmer must fill out a form so that our accounting department has a record or payment type.
If you do not plan on returning to the team, and would like to be taken off of our email list, please also contact the coaches at the email above and we will remove you.  
***High School Swimmers who also swim for their High School team, will pay a discounted fee***  These fees are listed under High School discount.

2016-2017 Swim Team Registration

Here are some important dates regarding the upcoming 2016-2017 Swim Team Season.  


Friday August 26th:  $75 deposit due for ALL returning swimmers, USA form and $72 payment for those wishing to swim USA.  All NEW USA swimmers MUST supply proof of age (birth certificate or passport)


Tuesday September 20th:  Tryouts for NEW swimmers only 5:30-7:30pm


Friday September 23rd:  $75 deposit, swimmer application and bank draft form due for new swimmers


Monday September 26th: Practice begins for all groups except the Minis.  Finacial aid forms for new and returning swimmers are due.


Tuesday October 4th:  Suit/Apparel Fitting from 5:30-7:30pm at YMCA


Monday October 17th:  Mini groups begin practice



***ALL swimmers MUST submit a swimmer's application, bank draft form and $75 deposit at time of registration!  These forms can be found under the "News and Updates" link.
